Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item within 3 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost. Email info@thenyshouse.com with your order number to start the process.
Faulty Items
If your item has a manufacturing fault, return it for inspection and replacement. Damage from normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
